СТАНОВЛЕНИЕ И РАЗВИТИЕ МЕТОДИКИ ПРЕПОДАВАНИЯ ЛАТИНСКОГО ЯЗЫКА НА МЕДИЦИНСКИХ И БИОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ФАКУЛЬТЕТАХ

Аннотация:
Целью статьи является систематизация сведений по истории становления и развития методики преподавания латинского языка на медицинских и биологических факультетах в украинских и российских вузах советского периода - от революции 1917 г. до распада СССР. Использованы методы ретроспективного и компаративного анализа педагогической литературы, архивный метод. Описаны первые учебники и учебные пособия по латинскому языку для студентов-медиков, ветеринаров, биологов; проанализированы основные подходы к построению курса латыни на негуманитарных факультетах, что было сопряжено с рядом проблем в отношении формирования научно-методической базы новой дисциплины, имеющей целью, с одной стороны, заложить основы терминологической компетентности студентов для дальнейшего изучения профильных дисциплин, с другой - ознакомить их с основами латыни, фонетическим, морфологическим, синтаксическим строем языка.

Description:
The purpose of the article is to systematize information on the history of the establishment and development of methods of teaching Latin at medical and biological faculties in Ukrainian and Russian higher education institutions of the Soviet period - from the revolution of 1917 to the dissolution of the USSR. Methods of retrospective and comparative analysis of pedagogical literature, as well as the archival method, are used. The first textbooks on Latin language for medical, veterinarian and biology students are described; the main approaches to the establishment of the Latin course at non-humanitarian faculties, which was associated with a number of problems regarding the formation of the scientific and methodological basis of the new discipline, aimed, on the one hand, to lay the foundation for students' terminological competence for further study of specialized disciplines, on the other - to introduce them to elementary Latin, its phonetic, morphological, syntactic structure, are analyzed.
