Аннотация:Человечество давно знает ценность и цену предметов, которые он выпускает и торгует. Ценность детства заключается в контроле и желании другого - родителя, взрослого, родственника, родственника. Дети не контролируют свой выбор и жизнь, но доверяют свой выбор им. Стоимость доверия ребенка неизмерима, стоимость ребенка, подвергающегося жестокому обращению, очень мала, рука человека, готового к прикосновению, очень тяжелая, сила слова разрушительна. Мы признаем, что насилие в отношении детей может произойти где угодно, оно может вызвать пессимизм в отношении перспектив окончательной его ликвидации. Тем не менее, могут быть приняты меры по предотвращению насилия в отношении детей, и поэтому его никогда не следует рассматривать как неизбежное. Эффективная профилактика насилия зависит от тщательного анализа первопричин этой проблемы. Поэтому необходимо приложить много усилий, чтобы выяснить, почему и как происходит насилие в отношении детей. Только тогда правительственные и неправительственные органы, занимающиеся защитой детей, могут распределять свои ресурсы, будучи уверенными в том, что они удовлетворяют потребности наиболее уязвимых групп детей. Так ст. 19 КПР (Конвенция ООН о правах ребенка) гласит, что каждый ребенок имеет право быть свободным от всех форм насилия. Поскольку это основополагающее право закреплено в международном праве, для межправительственных организаций целесообразно стремиться содействовать этому, пока это право не станет универсальной нормой

Description:The human species has long known the value and price of the items it buds and trades. Some prices remain permanently low, the price of children's meaning, need and finished life. The value of childhood is in the control and desire of another - parent, adult, relative, relative. Children have no control over their choices and lives, but they trust and give. The price of a child's trust is immeasurable, the price of a violent child is very low, the hand of a person ready to reach is very heavy, the power of a word is devastating. I admit that violence against children can happen anywhere, it can cause pessimism about the prospects for its final elimination. Nevertheless, measures can be taken to prevent violence against them and, therefore, it should never be seen as inevitable. Effective prevention depends on a thorough analysis of the root causes of this problem. Therefore, it is imperative to make a number of efforts to establish why and how violence against children occurs. Only then can governmental and non-governmental bodies involved in child protection allocate their resources, confident that they meet the needs of the most vulnerable groups of children. As Art. 19 of the CRC (UN Convention on the Rights of the Child) stipulates that every child has the right to be free from all forms of violence. As this fundamental right is enshrined in international law, it is good for intergovernmental organizations to seek to facilitate the experience of child-free violence until this right becomes the universal norm.
