ПОЛИКУЛЬТУРНОЕ ОБРАЗОВАНИЕ И ВОСПИТАНИЕ КАК ТРЕБОВАНИЕ ВРЕМЕНИ

Аннотация:
Актуальность проблемы мультикультурализма определяется тем, что в настоящее время в рамках мирового сообщества активизируются интеграционные межкультурные процессы. В связи с этим на первый план выдвигается вопрос о феномене взаимодействия культур, о степени и механизмах их влияния друг на друга. В современной мире наблюдаются весьма противоречивые процессы: тенденция к глобализации, стремление к объединению культур, с одной стороны, и тяга к локализации, обособлению, с другой. Проблемы глобализации выдвигают на передний план необходимость создания условий для формирования и развития поликультурных компетенций подрастающих поколений в сфере развития образования. Практика показывает, что при обучении необходим учет показателей социальной среды, связанной с этнической принадлежностью, социальным положением, уровнем жизни, характером социально-исторических связей с регионом и миром в целом.

Description:
The urgency of the problem of multiculturalism is determined by the fact that at present, within the framework of the world community, integration intercultural processes are activated. In this regard, the issue of the phenomenon of interaction of cultures, the degree and mechanisms of their influence on each other is brought to the fore. In the modern world, very contradictory processes are observed: the tendency towards globalization, the desire to unite cultures, on the one hand, and the craving for localization, isolation, on the other. The problems of globalization bring to the fore the need to create conditions for the formation and development of multicultural competences of the younger generations in the field of education development. Practice shows that when teaching, it is necessary to take into account the indicators of the social environment associated with ethnicity, social status, standard of living, the nature of socio-historical ties with the region and the world as a whole.
